FAQs What is a Fillet Glass Pack? Fillet Glass Packs (FGP) consist of a fillet mount, one piece of plain glass and one smooth both sides back. Fillet mounts have a decorative wooden fillet on the inner edge of the mount. Different arrangements of apertures are called styles. Frames and Fillet Glass Packs are ordered and priced seperately. How do I understand the part numbers for Fillet Glass Packs? Tell us the frame number e.g. 48 and size e.g. 30x11. Choose the FILLET MOUNT TYPE e.g. Vanilla with Antique Gold - VAG. Choose the style (layout) of the fillet mount e.g. Style 6. Put this information together to make the Fillet Glass Pack Reference e.g. FGP3011VAG/6 Why are Avant Deep frames supplied complete with fillet mounts? The deep fillets will only fit in the deep frames so it is not possible to mix and match frames and fillets in the same way as the rest of our Fillet Glass Packs Can I buy Border Frames form a wholesaler in the UK? No, all UK accounts are supplied direct. What is your carriage free limit? For UK mainland £120 ex VAT For Northern Ireland, Ireland and offshore £300 ex VAT Q. Do you have a minimum order? Yes, £40 ex Vat What is your carriage charge for orders below carriage paid limit? For UK Mainland £9.50 + VAT For Northern Ireland £20.00 + VAT For The Republic of Ireland and offshore £30.00 + VAT Can you despatch on a next day service? Yes, guaranteed next day delivery charges start from £12.50 + VAT Can I place orders on line? Yes, registered users can create an order by clicking on "add to order." Why do I have to register before I can place an order? Border Frames supply trade accounts only. Registration is only authorised for bona fide traders. How do I register? You can complete the online registration form and send by e-mail to us. Alternatively you can print the form and send or fax it to us. We will issue approved registrations with a password within 24 hours. If you require a quicker response than this then please contact our office. How do I open a credit account? You can complete the online new account form and e-mail to us. Alternatively you can print the form and send or fax it to us. Our new account form requests business details and three credit references. If you require frames immediately we accept payment with order or payment by credit card. Can I order frames in a non-standard size? We are unable to make frames in a non-standard size unless a quantity is required. Please see our contract framing section for details. Can I request printed literature? We can supply you with price lists, style sheets and brochures, or you can download them from our downloads page.
